Call for Virtual Presentations

In consideration of presenters who may be unable to attend CoRI 2018 in person due to funding or time constraints, but have access to necessary technologies, Virtual Presentations have been added to the conference with the same validity (peer review, publication, certification, etc.) as the face-to-face conference and with the capability to interact with session participants. The sessions will be streamed online real time and participants will  be able to interact with asynchronously prior to, during and after the conference. In addition, they are also able to view the keynote and invited speakers’ talk

Submission Requirements

Submission will go through the same peer-review process as face-to-face presentations and must be submitted via the CoRI 2018 submission portal on EasyChair:

In submitting your paper, make sure that CoRI 2018 Virtual presentation track is selected

After your paper is accepted, the PC will contact you to let you know how to upload your presentation slides and audio/video content. Note that at least one author must confirm by registering by the Early Registration Deadline, otherwise your paper will be withdrawn

The registration fee for Virtual Presenters includes all the conference resources provided to face to face participants and will be mailed to interested participants who will be required to make special mailing arrangements with Ibadan ACM administrative personnel after the conference
